LEVEL 1: The evening will include group discussion-talking circle, question box, dyadic exercisis (talking with a partner), & group movement (ie: dance).
LEVEL 2: (time and participation depending): in addition to the above, we would also do some connecting exercises. Connecting exercises are guided by suggestions from the facilitator and each individual determines the extent to which they participate. These exercises may include touch, energy exchange, sensual sharing and kissing if desired. All portions of the eve are opional and all boundaries will be honored.
